I'm challenging myself to spend 100 days getting out of my creative comfort zone. This pair of earrings uses a bead combination I wouldn't normally choose: I almost never use colors on opposite sides of the color wheel, and combining opaque and transparent beads is also unusual for me. It worked out well, though, as the blue beads have an oilslick sheen with a hint of pink.
