We make our very own marmalade on site for this gin, fresh for every batch with pink grapefruit, Seville orange and blood orange peels.  Rich and orange in colour.  Botanicals including juniper berries, coriander seed, licorice root, angelica root, lemon peel and orange peel. Sweet and zesty with a slight bitter note, exactly the way marmalade should be!
