This guitar pick is simple yet the iridescence of the brushed and polished aluminum combined with the little shining sun stamp makes for a guitar pick that can plays tricks with the lights and your guitar.

The shining sun guitar pick was cut from 18 gauge aluminum and stamped a sun in the middle with some added patina for contrast. A little extra glow was added to the pick by burnished the aluminum with a wire brush and then gently polishing the surfaces with a silicon buffing wheel.

The edges were filed smooth by hand and combine with the polished surfaces to produce a pick that jams with grace and style while all the while being respectful and easy on your metal strings. Measuring about 1.25 inches long by 1.15 inches wide at the top, the pick is extremely lightweight, rigid, very strong, and is my own unique design yet similar enough in geometry to most plastic picks for an easy transition from plastic to metal.
