Hand Carved Moldavite Stone Leaf Blue Sapphire Necklace.
This piece has a very handmade unique look with a beautiful showcase of Blue Sapphires combined with white gold, diamonds, and the natural looking grape stone leaf.The mounting is made with 14kt. white gold. The hand carved green leaf has a natural rough leafy texture on the top surface with smooth polished sides and back.
Every hand carved leaf is one of a kind and the shape varies slightly with each carving. The stone is carved from Moldavite Gemstone and has a transparent medium green color tone. Moldavite only comes from one small source on a mountain top in Russia.
It is very hard to find any gemstone that has a green color tone that looks like a leaf, but this Moldavite gem is very close to green leaf color.
The Blue Sapphire Grape Cluster is made with Nine 4mm.
Dark Blue Sapphire Cabochon Cut Gemstones. The total
weight of the Blue Sapphires is 3 1/2 carats in this piece.
There are Ten .03ct. high quality diamonds scattered around the leaf and among the Sapphires which really bring this unique necklace to life with sparkly brilliance. Total diamond weight is .30ct.
The actual size of this necklace is 1 1/2 " tall by 3/4" wide
The necklace comes with a 14kt. white gold 18" wheat chain.
